Enlarged pores are often the result of "stretched" skin architecture caused by trapped sebum and dead keratinocytes. The Zero Pore Pad 2.0 is engineered to address this through a dual-action chemical and mechanical approach.
At Standing Appointment, we take great pride in the quality and efficacy of the products we curate. Due to the professional and hygienic nature of beauty and skincare products, our policy is designed to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our clients.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase/delivery, provided that:
The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
The item is in the same condition that you received it.
You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened, had the seal broken, or have been used. This includes but is not limited to:
Lash & Brow Serums
Skincare (Pads, Creams, Toners)
Lip Masks
Cuticle Oils & Balms
Opened face masks
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
We meticulously inspect all products before they leave the studio. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please email us at standingappt@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the defect.
Once the defect is verified, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional shipping cost to you.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your total.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at standingappt@gmail.com.
Studio Returns: You may return eligible items directly to the studio during operating hours.
Courier Returns: If you require a courier to pick up your return, a flat-rate fee of 15 AED will apply, which will be deducted from your final refund.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund as long as they have not yet been dispatched for delivery or picked up. If the order has already left the studio, the standard return policy applies.
