1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase/delivery, provided that:
The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
The item is in the same condition that you received it.
You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened, had the seal broken, or have been used. This includes but is not limited to:
Lash & Brow Serums
Skincare (Pads, Creams, Toners)
Lip Masks
Cuticle Oils & Balms
Opened face masks
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
We meticulously inspect all products before they leave the studio. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please email us at standingappt@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the defect.
Once the defect is verified, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional shipping cost to you.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your total.
4. How to Start a Return

Studio Returns: You may return eligible items directly to the studio during operating hours.
Courier Returns: If you require a courier to pick up your return, a flat-rate fee of 15 AED will apply, which will be deducted from your final refund.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund as long as they have not yet been dispatched for delivery or picked up. If the order has already left the studio, the standard return policy applies.
1. Delivery Options & Timeframes
We aim to process and dispatch all orders with speed and care.
Complimentary Studio Pick-Up: Orders are typically ready for collection within 2 hours of being placed during studio operating hours (Mon-Sun, 11:00am - 8:00pm) in Emaar South.
Same-Day Delivery (Dubai Only): Available for orders placed before 2:00 PM (GST), Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following business day.
Next-Day Delivery: Standard for all orders placed after the 2:00 PM cutoff or on Sundays/Public Holidays.
Note: We currently do not offer delivery on Sundays. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed on Monday for same-day delivery.2. Delivery Rates
Flat Rate Delivery: 25AED for all orders within Dubai.
Free Delivery: We offer complimentary delivery on all orders over 250AED.
3. How It Works
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email once your order is placed.
Dispatch: Our team carefully packs your items. Once the courier picks up your order, you will receive a notification via WhatsApp/Email.
Real-Time Tracking: For same-day deliveries, our courier partner will provide a tracking link or contact you directly via WhatsApp/Phone to coordinate the exact drop-off time.
4. International Shipping
Currently, Standing Appointment only ships within Dubai. We are working on expanding our reach to other Emirates and international locations soon.
5. Incorrect Address & Re-Delivery
Please ensure your delivery address and mobile number are correct at checkout. If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unreachable, a re-delivery fee of 15 AED may apply.
